1. These Terms of Use apply to the website www.thecyberguardian.com (Website) owned and operated by THE CYBER GUARDIAN PTY LTD (Company No. 127317711) (TCG). 
2. Your use of the information, graphics, HTML, text, software and materials (Content) on the Website is governed by these Terms of Use and by using this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Use of Content

1. The Content on the Website is for personal use only and may not be rewritten, copied, resold or redistributed, framed, linked or otherwise used whether for compensation of any kind or not, without the prior written permission of TCG.

The Website and its Content are published for information purposes only without assuming a duty of care.  TCG is not in the business of providing professional advice, and gives no warranty, guarantee or other representation about the accuracy of the Content.  TCG will not be liable for errors, omissions in, delays or interruptions to or cessation of the Website through negligence or otherwise.

1. Your use of the Website and its Content are subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, and you agree not to violate such laws and regulations. 
2. TCG controls the Website from its office in Singapore.  If you use the Website from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.  TCG makes no representation that the products and services referenced in the Website are appropriate, or available, worldwide.

Termination and suspension

1. TCG has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Content of this Website, to determine compliance with these Terms of Use and any other operating rules established by TCG. 
2. TCG reserves the right, without notice and in its sole and absolute discretion, to discontinue, suspend or terminate any service offered by or through this Website as well as this Website at any time.

1. As a condition of your use of the Website and its Content you agree to indemnify TCG from and against any liability, damage or loss that TCG incurs or suffers as a result of any action, inaction or omission on your part.
